Financial  Investment

A financial investment is an asset that you put money into with the expectation that it will grow in value over time. The goal of financial investment is to increase the value of your money.

Some examples of financial investments include:

  • Bonds

A debt security issued by a corporation or government that pays interest to the bondholder. When the bond matures, the bondholder receives the principal amount plus any interest earned.

  • Mutual funds

A collection of assets, such as stocks and bonds, that are purchased by pooling money from multiple investors.

  • Real estate

The purchase of property, such as a rental property or commercial building, with the expectation of generating income or reselling it later for a higher price.

Other types of financial investments include:

  • Equities, also known as stocks or shares

  • Exchange traded funds

  • Segregated funds

  • GICs

  • Alternative investments

  • Certificates of deposit

  • Fixed deposits

  • Public Provident Fund (PPF)

  • National Pension System (NPS)

A financial investment is an asset that you put money into with the hope that it will grow or appreciate into a larger sum of money. The idea is that you can later sell it at a higher price or earn money on it while you own it.

Financial  Credit Research

Financial credit research is a process that involves analyzing an individual's or company's financial information to determine their creditworthiness. It's a key part of the finance industry and helps lenders and investors make informed decisions about lending or investing.

Credit research analysts gather and review a variety of information to assess a borrower's creditworthiness, including:

financial health, payment history, market conditions, income statements, balance sheets, credit scores, and collateral.

Credit research helps to:

  • Mitigate risk

  • Inform lending strategies

  • Predict the likelihood of a borrower defaulting on their debt

  • Assess the potential severity of losses if a borrower defaults

  • Determine the risk rating to assign to the borrower

Some things to consider when conducting credit research include:

  • The borrower's reputation

  • The industry's environmental and social concerns

  • The economic condition, including GDP growth, interest rates, and inflation

  • The type of market, such as a monopoly or oligopoly

  • The industry's position in the value chain

Credit research helps lenders and investors mitigate risk and inform their lending or investment strategies. The outcome of the credit research determines the risk rating for the borrower or debt issuer. This rating then determines whether to extend credit and how much to lend.

Suppliers Management

Dhanshristi Suppliers Management system, led by successful entrepreneurs  is a technology based platform to seamlessly discount SME Suppliers’ invoices. Supplier management is a process that helps businesses identify, qualify, and work with suppliers to get the best value for their money. It's also known as vendor management.

Supplier management is important because suppliers provide the goods and services that businesses need to fulfill their promises to customers. It helps businesses:

  • Minimize risk: Ensure their connections with third parties don't create vulnerabilities

  • Reduce costs: Make long-term cost reductions

  • Improve coordination: Improve coordination, consistency, and transparency

  • Mitigate risk: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks before they happen

  • Maximize ROI: Ensure they get the most value for their money from suppliers

How Does It Contribute ?

Invoice discounting provides suppliers with a valuable financial tool to better manage cash flow. This allows them to sell invoices at a discounted price, receiving cash immediately rather than waiting for customers to pay. This ensures cash stability to pay for supplier operations costs, pay employees, and invest in development programs without interruption or delayed payments.

One of the main advantages of invoice discounting is their flexibility and control. Unlike traditional loans or credit facilities, which can impose utilization restrictions, discounted cash flow allows suppliers to use funds as needed.

Thus, these changes enable suppliers to make strategic decisions aligned with their business objectives without incurring additional costs or reducing costs. Suppliers can negotiate terms that suit their financial needs and profitability, making this a viable solution for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) seeking low-cost financing.

Businesses can use e-procurement systems to network with suppliers and maintain supplier relationships.

What We Offer?

Dhanshristi offer them quick and easy access to cash, as they do not have to spend considerable time waiting for customers to clear their bills. This leads to keeping the supplier’s cash inflow constant, which in turn helps them meet their expenses, including raw materials, wages, and other associated costs, without any hitches.

Secondly, sale invoice discounting enables the supplier organization to have more control and flexibility in the financial aspect. This allows them to dedicate their resources to their primary productive functions and confidently seek growth prospects.

Dhanshristi is also favorable to suppliers as it offers them an opportunity to obtain financing at a relatively low cost.

Additionally, sales invoice discounting helps suppliers build stronger relationships with their customers. By offering flexible payment terms and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, suppliers can enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, leading to repeat business and referrals

Benefits For Suppliers

  • A fillip to institutional sales with no opportunity cost

  • Increased volumes with enhanced geographical reach & market penetration

  • Reduced transaction / financing cost & client servicing

  • Faster and efficient supply Chain & Data Analysis

  • Onboarding Process to join Supply chain Finance Program
